Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Self check-in instructions are shared privately before arrival. Ask your host about early arrivals or luggage arrangements before making plans.
Can couples book the apartment?
Yes. We welcome bookings for 2–6 guests. For smaller bookings, the bedrooms available for use are agreed with your host. Tell us your room preferences in your enquiry.
Which pool can we use?
Clubhouse pool access is available with access arrangements confirmed before arrival. The pool in our apartment block is not in use. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
How do I pay?
No card payment is taken on this website. You can request cash on arrival or bank transfer. Your host confirms the amount, currency, payment deadline and details directly with you.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
The form sends a request. Your host checks the dates against all reservations and contacts you with the full price and terms. Your stay is confirmed only when your host explicitly confirms it.
What is included in the price?
The website displays a provisional accommodation estimate. Ask your host for a full quote, including any applicable taxes or extra charges and cancellation terms, before confirming your stay.
What are the house rules?
No parties or events, no smoking inside, and only guests included in the reservation may stay. Please respect our neighbours and use air conditioning responsibly. There is an entrance camera outside the apartment; there are no cameras inside.
What should we know before packing?
Air conditioning is in the lounge; bedrooms do not have individual AC units. Bath towels are provided; bring your own beach and pool towels. Use bottled drinking water. Ask your host about any specific accessibility or family requirements before booking.
How are my enquiry details used?
Your name, email, optional phone number and stay details are stored so your host can respond and manage your booking. They are not used for marketing. Contact your host to request a correction or removal. Saving a stay plan stores only your chosen dates, guest count and stay style in this browser.
